Phil is the Managing Director, Founder and Principal Consultant for Human Resource Solutions Australia (formerly Ulrich Solutions) – a company which specialises in the provision of strategic Human Resource solutions for their clients. A tertiary qualified senior manager with a wealth of experience in both local and federal government arenas, Phil specialises in strategic HR advice and change management. He has extensive experience in workplace relations, governance & business process improvement, strategic planning, change management, recruitment services, HR service delivery, working with regulatory organisations, and the provision of corporate services. Phil has a proven track record in personally assisting organisations successfully manage transitions to new environments, developing new cultures, building organisational capability and to continuously improve the operations and reputation of organisations.

Yasmine is an experienced public sector manager who brings a wealth of experience from working within different areas of Federal Government across all areas of the HR field. Yasmine’s key strengths lie in the areas of stakeholder management, team leadership, workforce planning, governance and business process improvement, HR service delivery and policy development, change management and project management.
